This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our digital products, premium content subscriptions, and workshop registrations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting a refund.
This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, which contain additional information about our services and products.
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on e-books and digital guides once they have been downloaded or accessed. However, if you are experiencing technical issues with accessing or using your purchased digital product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
If you believe a digital product is defective or significantly not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and, if we determine the product is indeed defective or significantly misrepresented, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
You may cancel your premium content subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. However, if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription (not renewals), you may request a full refund if you have not accessed or used any premium content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
If you cancel during a free trial period, no refund will be issued as no payment has been processed. You will not be charged if you cancel before the end of the free trial period.
If you need to cancel your registration for an online workshop or course, the following refund policy applies:

If you are unable to attend a workshop or course, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or to a future workshop/course (subject to availability) for a transfer fee of 10% of the registration cost. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the workshop/course start date.
If ArtCanvas cancels a workshop or course for any reason, you will be offered the following options:
For in-person events, gallery visits, or studio tours, the following refund policy applies:

If ArtCanvas cancels an in-person event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at [email protected]. Please include your order number, the name under which the purchase was made, and the reason for your refund request.
We will process approved refunds within 14 days of approval. However, please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Special promotions, discounted rates, or products marked as "non-refundable" may have different, more restrictive refund terms. These special terms will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemic restrictions, or other unforeseen events), we reserve the right to modify our refund policy. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling events, providing digital alternatives to in-person events, or extending access periods for digital content.

If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, UK customers may refer to alternative dispute resolution services in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We will notify customers with existing purchases of any changes that substantially affect their rights under this policy.
